How to set Menu parameters

Is there a way to select what appears when you click the Menu button while this plugin is active? My website (https://www.waivingentropy.com/) is organized by Categories. On the desktop version of my blog, I have 8 different Categories arrayed across the top. I’d like for these 8 to appear in the Menu for this plugin. How do I do that?
Literally everything else about this plugin is perfect for me and I’d just like to modify this one thing. Thank you in advance!
