    Hi there!

    >When a product is inside the cart/checkout page, the tax rate always showing $0.00 except colorado (My store location). Jetpack and tax are enabled.
The Standard rates in the setting did show rates in Colorado, but I never entered this information.

This is actually the expected behavior. By default, sales taxes are only required for your shop’s “Tax Nexus”.

More details on how this works here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping-and-tax/woocommerce-tax/#section-4

    >If your store is based in the United States, you only need to collect sales tax from customers in locations where you have a “tax nexus,” which typically means a physical presence. WooCommerce Services uses your store address (WooCommerce > Settings > General) as your “tax nexus”.

    >You can also have a Tax Nexus in another state if you exceed a certain yearly dollar value or order total to another state. If you are unsure of your tax nexus status, please consult a certified local accountant.

Is this mean I have to manually add tax for each state?

This depends on your individual tax situation. We recommend consulting a tax professional to determine exactly what taxes need to be collected. If you determine you need to collect tax in other states, you can add those tax rates manually by following the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/#setting-up-tax-rates

    I hope this helps ??
