• I’m using the iCandy theme at lisaflute.com/blogA. I had hoped to use zenlite, as I had for my first blog (lisaflute.com/weddingblog) but each time I tried to activate that theme, my blog disappeared completely, along with all access to manager pages. I deactivated several blogs after watching them disappear whenever I had attempted to use a theme I had ever previously experimented with in setting up my previous blog. I think I like the iCandy theme ok, but would like to set up links in the bar above my header and, for now at least, avoid having a side bar. I’ve spent the morning experimenting with everything I can find, (after previous days spending hours and hours trying to set up other theme options) but can’t figure out how to set up links with the bar above the header though clearly I see that the sample model on the web uses this function, and clearly there’s one link already set up – to the page it’s already on.

Also – the whole blog disappearing is disconcerting. Can I change themes in the future without worrying about my whole blog disappearing? Not too big a deal if I’m just starting out on this one, but would hate to lose a whole blog in the future. Also, might prefer to use zenlite on the current blog, for consistency and my sanity in only having to understand one theme. Thanks.
