    Hi, can anyone tell me why the Google pay / Apple pay button is not seen on the desktop page, but the mobile version works?
    Another question. Why is the button only seen on the cart page and not on the checkout page?

    Hey there,

    It’s hard to tell without looking at your site, but it’s likely due to differences in how your theme behaves for mobile devices vs larger screens.

    Here’s the best way to test and find out:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Check to see if the Google/Apple buttons are showing up on the desktop – if so, then you know the problem is related to the theme and you should contact the developer. If not, please continue to the next step.
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Hi,
    thanks for the reply.
    I tried to contact the theme developer but still haven’t received any response. I tried to disable the plugins without solving the problem. The Apple Pay / Google Pay button is not only seen in the desktop version within the product page. Instead it shows on the cart page. I can’t understand why.
    Any other suggestions?

    Did you switch the theme to Storefront and check this out?

    Did you do a full conflict test as requsted above?

    Do keep us posted on how this troubleshooting works out for you.
