Mapped content and ID in e-mails

We set up a form which fills an specific type of content.

In this form there are a few items that are chosen via a drop-down menu, in which the values are mapped to this content’s taxonomy.

To be clear: we ask the user to input a film work, and some choice like the “screening format” are to pick between admissible values, that can in other places of the website be used for filtering content etc. and need to be dynamic.

It works all right in terms of creating the post; but we have a problem in the e-mails that Contact7 generates.

In these e-mails, the values obtained with the tags yield the ID, not the proper value (the “title”) that is to say we have something like “Screening format : 3232”.

Not very user-friendly, and not what we want.

Did anyone run into this problem? Did we miss out something? I couldn’t find a solutin looking at the documentation.
