Hi! I am working on an e-commerce website and in the product cart the price is not shown for products that have variations. Instead of the price, it’s shown “nan €“. A few weeks ago everything worked perfectly.

There’s been an update this week both in our theme (Astra) and CMS (Elementor).
We use the same plugins in our other e-commerce websites and there has been no issue in most of them, except for this website I’m talking about in which we use the plugin “WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator” and the plugin “Essential Addons for Elementor

I was wondering if maybe the update has any kind of incompatibility with this plugin? Or there could be any other reason for this? Any help would be much appreciated, as we need to open the page this week and this is a huge issue as the products cannot be purchased without prices.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @maitepresencia,

I check your site but it’s in “Underconstruction” mode.

I would suggest you to try to deactivate all the plugins temporarily, except the WooCommerce plugins. If it solves the issue, then reactivate the plugins one by one until you notice the issue comes back. The last plugin you just reactivate is the culprit.

    I hope it will help.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi Herman,

Thank you for your help!! I’ve found the plugin that was giving incompatibility.
It was the “WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator”. I’ve contacted the plugin support and they have resolved the issue!

    Thanks again ??
