  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    Thank you Esmi!

No I haven’t. I wanted to make sure I am clear. So deactivate or should I totally delete the plugin? I did deactivate the last plugin I added which was a Facebook Fetch Photo Gallery. I didn’t notice any difference. So I was wondering should I have deleted entirely from the list. Because when I deactivated it the pictures were still on my page just in a different format.

2nd question. When I switch to default them. What will happen? Will it just remove the plugin info or will I lose data?

Thank you for your help. This for of support is all new to me. I have to get use to not having someone to verbally communitcate with. ??

Try just deactivating the plugins initially. If that doesn’t help you could then try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems. This normally kills ’em stone dead – especially the phpMyAdmin method.

When I switch to default them. What will happen?

Your site will just use the default theme. It won’t affect any plugins or configuration changes you may have made to your current theme but it should confirm whether it’s the theme that is causing the problem.
