Translate first name etc in front end form

Hi,

great plugin. Its nice to have option to translate in back-end. Its a bit messy to find what is at front end. Might be good feature to show only front-end strings for translation.

My probem is, i cant find strings from front-end form as First nam, Last name, Phone and Massage.
