Billing address and shipping address in email

  • Hi,

    The billing address and shipping address are showing one over the other in all the templates.

    How can you show them side by side?

    I tried to tweak the css code but it does not change anything.

    Hi @myledtherapy,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Are you using the fluid email template? If so, kindly go to Email Customizer > Container and disable the ENABLE FLUID WIDTH option. However, please note that doing so may make your email not fluid enough on mobile views.

    Hi @myledtherapy,

    Unfortunately, there is no option to activate the fluid option for mobile devices only. The email apps will be the ones to render the templates, we cannot really control that like how it is on websites.
