Printing to 80mm printer not working since upgrade

  • Hello,

    Since last upgrade to 4.0.18, my order are printing to 57mm format instead of 80mm format on my order printer. It was working fine before the upgrade. I tried to force to 80mm (or leave at 0mm for autmatic printer format) in the settings but it does not seems to work.
    Any ideas ?

    Let’s try a few setting changes.

    Set the Margins to Custom and define 0 for Top, Right, Bottom and Left. Plus select the Layout Size to Custom, and set the Custom Width to 74 and Height 40.

    If you could let us know the results, if possible include a screenshot of the printed out receipt.

    I tried it but it did not solved the issue
    Usually the printing was using all the 80mm paper widght. Now it prints as if it was a 57 mm printer i loose a lot of paper..

    Let’s try one more adjustment.

    Set the Margins to Custom and define 2 for Top, Right, Bottom and Left. Plus select the Layout Size to Custom, and set the Custom Width to 85 and Height 40.

    If you could share the receipt photo of this adjustment. And can you also include the thermal printer model you are using.

    Hello,
    I tried theses adjustements but nothing happen. It look like nothing change whatever values you put in. Printer is a Munbyn itpp047. The thing is that it worked well before the last upgrade…

    We released a hot fix, version 4.0.19. Please update to this latest version and it will resolve the issue with the 4.0.18 layout reported.
