Uploading pics to menu bar

  • Hey all!

    Can anyone share their “how to” advice on personalizing a menu/tabs bar. Currently my “picture perfect” webpress theme has pictures of strangers and cars, weird. Would like to upload my own pics. How does one do this?

  • Ahhh..See? Here, you at least mentioned what theme you are using, thus giving someone a little more motivation to answer your question.

    If there are already “default” images in the menu bar, the most logical way to pursue changing them would be to locate those images in the theme folder… In this case you can find the images you are after located in this path /picture-perfect/imagemenu/images/

    The easiest solution is for you to replace those images with images of your own choosing, making sure that they are exactly the same size and type, and making sure that you name them exactly the same as the images you want to replace.

    Make a backup of your complete theme before you do this. That way, if you mess up, fixing it becomes something that takes only seconds.

    when you say “find the images you are after located in this path /picture-perfect/imagemenu/images/” … can you please help me understand where to look for that path? Is it in the Dashboard?
