One of the most important things when it comes to wordpress plugins / companies is the support and service. I was having an issue and Short Pixel went above and beyond to help me fix it in a very timely fashion. I greatly appreciate the way they took care of me and my site. They came highly recommended from a WordPress developer too. While the pricing looked a little higher than what I was paying to the other company (not crazy), it was explained that “you get what you pay for”. So I switched and I am happy that I did.
