    Hi,

    When my order is put as on hold, woocommerce seems to count the sales amount as nett sales as shown in the Woocommerce Status in wordpress dashboard.

    How do I change to make sure when the order status is on hold, it will not count the amount as nett sales yet?

    Hi @eddy123,

    This is actually the expected behavior for orders that are “On Hold”. Inventory is reduced to allow that customer the ability to complete the payment, and by default orders marked Processing, On Hold and Completed are counted as sales.

    But if you mark that order as “Cancelled”, it should remove it from reporting and return stock and sales amount.
