Automatic quantity change feature on on changing item amount in box

Hi there
I am enquiring about the possibility of the item quantity amount in the box when changed that it automatically updates the item quantity and price figure, without having to use the arrow provided in the item quantity box or to do a click action. Your help will be much appreciated. Luanne
