Charts don’t appear on th website

  • Hello everyone,

    Unfortunately I have the same problem that some other people mentioned with Graphina. The charts are perfectly displayed in the editor but not on the actual website. On the website, there is just an empty space where the chart is supposed to be. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you are using elementor as your page builder, when in the editor mode select the graph which is not showing on the live page. In the side panel, at the top select the ‘advanced’ tab. Go down to the option which says ‘responsive’ and make sure the 3 options are toggled to the left.

    This could fix your issue.
