User role automatically changing from Vendor to Subscriber daily

  • We are having an issue with 2 users that keep changing from a Vendor role to a subscriber role everyday. It is always happening to the same to users and not of the other users that have the Vendor role. This started about 2 weeks ago. I checked the plugin that seem to relate to administration which are the AAM Plus Packags, AAM (Advanced Access Manager) which was just update 2 weeks ago. I have also sent a message to them asking the question as well.

    The 2 week time frame in both cases is almost certainly not a coincidence, thus asking AAM devs is your best option. Not being familiar with that plugin, all I can suggest is selectively deactivating plugins to narrow down the source of the problem. Then suggesting you contact the plugin’s devs. As you’ve already done so, all deactivation would do is serve as further confirmation of the cause.
