    Hi,

    das Problem ist das von dir hinterlegte Verpackungsgewicht. Das hast du auf 30kg in den Einstellungen gestellt. Da solltest du aber nur das Nettogewicht der Verpackung (das Gewicht des Kartons) hinterlegen, denn dieses Gewicht wird auf die Sendung aufgerechnet, wenn du das Label erzeugst. Bei dir kommt also ein Gewicht von 54kg für die Sendung + Verpackung heraus.
