OK, Forminator. You win.

I’ve long used alternatives such as the venerable Caldera Forms. Besides the host of form plugins out there, JotForms also deserves praise. But when WPMU Dev brought out Forminator, they promised to solve the problems with traditional form plugins–for free. One was tempted to suspect this as a funnel into the paid subscription from WPMU Dev, but the free version of Forminator really does tick all the boxes: conditional logic, smart emails, great looking front end and back end. Recommended.
