Hello, I realize these very well just might be an issue on the Authorize.net account I am trying to use your plugin on and not actually your great plugin.

    Issue 1
When I add an Endpoint with your plugin and set it up on Authorize.net with the signature key, and I test the endpoint in Authorize.net’s Webhooks area I get the following error.
    Error:
Error occured in connecting to the endpoint:
    https://****.com/getpaid-ipn/authorizenet
(I replace my domain with *** for this post.)

    Issue 2
I also get the following error with you plugin when attempting to submit a payment:
Error 87: Transactions of this market type cannot be processed on this system.

Any idea what the issue may be? Thanks in advance

    Hi,

Try typing the IPN URL directly in your browser and see if you can access it. If not, try clearing your WordPress rewrite rules.

As for the second issue, please take a look at this article https://support.authorize.net/s/article/Error-87-Transactions-of-this-market-type-cannot-be-processed-on-this-system

Also, ensure that you’ve enabled Customer Information Manager in your authorize.net account.

Hello, thank you for your quick response.
I’m not sure why my post got marked as “Resolved”.

    1. I get an “Authorize.NET IPN Request Failure” message when I try and access the Endpoint
    https://armedandreadyalarms.com/getpaid-ipn/authorizenet

    2. I’ve read that article prior to me posting here.

    3. ill double check the Customer Information Manager section but i believe its enabled already.

I have CIM enabled. when I check the logs on my server it throws a 500 error when I hit the test webhook button.. I’m enabling wp debug log, etc. and trying to figure out what’s wrong. Just a heads up to gjhdigital If you try to access it directly it will say “Authorize.NET IPN Request Failure” because it wont have _POST variables…

I tried on 2 different servers, 2 different authorize.net accounts (one sandbox and one live) and it’s doing the same thing. 500 internal server error. I’m kind of at a loss..

    Hi Jason,

please create your own support tickets, possibly on our website. This one is resolved and your reply might not receive an answer.

    Thanks,
