• Hi, when activating your plugin, the billing adress on the thank you page (after completed order) gets removed and doesn’t show up.

    I have set shipping to “Force to customer billing address” in my Woo settings.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I tried replicating the issue on my test website. However, even if the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin is activated, the Billing Address still shows on the order details page after checkout.

    Kindly try to deactivate other plugins one by one as well to see if the billing address will show. This will pinpoint which plugin may be causing the issue.

    Hi again, I tried troubleshooting again.

    The site is translated using WPML.

    The billing address field is gone on the English language (default).

    On other language it is showing up fine and translated.

    Any experience regarding this issue?

    Nevermind this…

    What I can tell you. When logged in as admin and placing order. The field shows up. But not when logged out, ie “normal visitor”.

    I can replicate this on a staging site with only Oxygen Builder + WooCommerce + Kadence email design installed.

    Please verify.

    Hi,
    Kadence Woocommerce Email Designer doesn’t edit the order received page. What you are describing is how woocommerce works without our plugin. Please try deactivating our plugin and doing the same test.
