Error with a plugin with 2 different acount

That depends on where you purchased the plugin from. Can you let us know the URL of the site you purchased the plugin from? You should be able to see that in the receipt.

I purchased the plugin using woocommerce.com with the account [email protected] (the website is https://www.maisonunique.it).

This plugin should be related to https://www.abworld.it

It sounds like you’re managing 2 sites, and you purchased a plugin for one site using the account for the other.

I think that the best way to do this will be to refund the one purchase, and buy it again in the other account. That will help keep all your accounting separate.

If you don’t need that, you can always transfer the license between 2 accounts.
