Installed themes are not visible on site

  • Hello,
    I’m having the following issue:
    I have installed WordPress 5.7.2, but themes are not loaded on the site, not even in the customized.
    There are only three plugins and I deactivated them step by step. Also, I have changed the themes, but images are still not shown.
    Everything is fine with directories and subdirectories.
    My host has already upgraded PHP and MySQL versions. No problem from the server.
    Is there any problem regard to new WordPress version?
    Could you help to solve the above mentioned problem?
