Your store doesn’t have any product categories

    Hi, when I use the “products by category” block while customizing a page, the product categories I have created don′t show up as an option and the following message appears “Your store doesn’t have any product categories”. I tried creating categories from all posible places but that doesn′t seem to be the problem because the categories I have created do appear in other places like when adding a product in the woocommerce storefront or in any other place on my website. I also tried changing the theme and removing other plugins but didn′t seem to work. I am really frustrated because this is the only ting left to do to finally use my website, so any help is very appreaciated.

    You mentioned that you’re having problem trying to use the product categories block to customize a page and the product categories you’ve created don’t show up as options to select.

    Just to make sure we’re talking about the same block first. Are you talking about the Products By Category block (like this one)?

    Assuming this is the block, is the issue that when you insert the block you don’t see categories to select from (it should show what is in my linked screenshot above).

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    I happen to have the same issue, that of having no category showing in the Products By Category block. However, when selecting attributes, the list of attributes does show. Any suggestions please? Thanks.
