Category as page

Hello,

You can not use category as a page. WordPress structure doesn’t support that but you are able to show files from category in a page using shortcode. Instead of category id, you can use post id or page id in the link. On the other hand, you can use category permalink from WordPress permalink settings to use category id in permalink or you can use custom templates.

In wpdm pro, you are able to create custom category which will show all downloads items in the category page.

Another question: how can i display all item of category divided by subcategory?
If i use Category Page Template with “Do Not Apply” i can view all files of all subcategories, but if use any of “Use Link Template” the documents does not appear

I have to view all document of category and subcategories, divided by subcategories: how can i make a view like this?

For example:
Main Category
Subcategory 1
Doc 1
Doc 2
Subcategory 2
Doc 3
Subcategory 4
Doc 4

Or how it’s possibile to view category and subcategories with files inside?
