Classic Widget Plugin Not Working

I activated this plugin and now a blank page comes up when I go to edit the page. If I deactivate it, the new block widget editor just rolls and never finishes loading. I can’t edit my widgets at all because neither the plugin nor the new editor is working. I have tried in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. I have tried deactivating Gutenberg and that does not work. I am using the Layers Theme.

The page itself shows up fine on my website but I can not edit it.
