Site in safe mode after cloneing

    Hi

    I cloned a live site, to make a development copy (without disconnecting JetPack).

    Now the “Live” site is in Safe mode and not showing stats.

    I don’t know the login details for JetPack to reconnect it using the “Fix Jetpack’s Connection” button.

    How can I find out what email address is registered against the JetPack account for a domain? If I can find that out, I can reset the password and then hopefully reconnect the site to get it out of safe mode.

    Hi @matthewhearne

    Do you mean you want to know which WordPress.com account the site is connected to?

    You would need to log in to either the site itself, or the correct WordPress.com account to find that out.

    If you don’t know the site’s login details, you can reset the password using one of these methods:
