Local Product inventory

Hi,
i’m trying to create a local Product Inventory feed without success (the TXT file is empty and show only the header).
I follow all the istruction on your website, but the file is still empty. My wp cron is activated, i don’t have any filter, and i use the | behind the store code.Other than that, google assistance told me that the | behind the store code is an “error” and they can’t accept my request to activate the service (this was before the blank txt file).
How can i solve this?

As you can see, the plugin now recognize the products:

The problem is that the feed is still empty.
