    Hi! After my account being verified and up and running it has now been PENDING VERIFICATION for 4 days. What’s up? When can I expect a change in status in order to actually use MailPoet?

    Hi @maureen60,

    I can confirm your subscription has been approved already.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
