Bait and Switch

I had been using this plugin under its previous iteration because all I needed was custom avatars. Now suddenly without communication and without warning this plugin has been maliciously transformed into another demo version of a paid-for product that I did not ask for. Such changes like these should not occur without users being informed and consent being provided. This is how malware and malvertisements can slip in to otherwise trusted code.
