Established Account now back to “Pending”

I am using an established MailPoet account, from which I have been sending newsletters for an extended period of time. Recently, I was offered a ‘free Premium’ option, which appears to have complicated use and updates. I changed from one Key to another (both from my established account) and now see this message:

Rest assured, this only takes just a couple of hours. Until then, you can still send email previews to yourself. Any active automatic emails, like Welcome Emails, will be paused.

The message indicates the process will take a ‘couple of hours’ but I have been unable to schedule an email send for days now. How can I reinstate send privileges on this established account?There appears to be a glitch somewhere; I see other users with this same issue.
