WP bakery item not working

  • I’m using Yith WC brands plugin. My theme is with WP Bakery. There is an item for brand but it seems not working. I can see nothing. But all brands work anywhere else as in individual products description, menus, …

    Any reason for that?

    What do you mean by “an item for brand”? Could you specify more in detail?

    Hi Ivan, thanks for your return.
    What I want is a simple page to display all the brands, only as a list (not products).

    There is an element created by YITH in WP Bakery. This element normally should display all the brands present in Woocommerce. But it does not work. I have created a menu for brands. The root should be this page with WP bakery element. Am I clear enough ?

    Unfortunately, in the free version is not possible to create some pages to display all brands. In the premium version is possible, since we add different shortcodes to display all brands in different ways and styles.
