Cancel order – edit button

    Is there any option to edit cancel order? Every type of order, like processed or failed order or any else have right before an edit button to open order again. What happend with this button when order is canceld?

    Hello @davidb91

    If you cancel any order then it’s not possible to edit that order anymore. It’s the default feature or behavior of Dokan that your vendors will not be allowed to change the order status after it gets canceled. But from your admin dashboard, you change the order anytime.

    But when your order status is on processing then vendors will be able to change it to another status like canceled, refunded, or any other product status. But once the vendor changed it, then it will not be able to change it back.

    I believe you understand the restriction here.
