Currency Change not affecting COD value

Hi,

I had kept the COD charge as INR50 for our India based shop. But when the currency is changed from INR to another.. for example USD, the COD charge is shown as $50. It’s not applying the conversion rate. It should have displayed $0.7 (equivalent of INR50). All other product prices, shipping rates etc. display proper converted rates, except for the COD charges. How to fix this?
