    Hi @kaswat

    This error happens when your root directory of WordPress is not writable.
    It’s highly recommended to fix this issue in overall not only for our plugin.

    It may causes issues with upgrading the core also.

    Do you have SSH access to the server with root privileges or FTP with admin rights?
    You need one of these in order to fix the issue.
