Youtube links do not embed

while most links seem to be previewed fine, when i try to place a youtube link, the loading “circle” appears , the preview video is appeared and just below the preview the characters ” /> also appear…

I cant click the post button so it keep “loading” forever… any ideas?

if i deactivate the plugin i can post the youtube link. obviously no preview though….
