Can you please let me know what kind of setting you want to use for both of the pages? Since I have inspected your site from my end and did not found any differences between these two pages. If you could let me know the actual settings you want to add, I can help you with it.

Hi,
The blog is set to use Blog Image Alternate Medium this shows the post thumbnails alternating left then right. The category pages only show the larger image at the top.

Would screen shots help? I could really use some assistance
