The link to my Privacy Policy which is part of the contact form is not working – even though it was entered correctly in the form. It somehow changes to something completely wrong on output.

Please advise asap how to fix it.

Now when I try to refresh the link – it’s throwing even worse error by showing the url on the page.

Could you please fix it ASAP – yes, I have a FREE account but I can’t have this error on my website so if’s going to take another week for you to reply I will have to install another contact form.
    thanks

you have the worst plugin support I have seen for a long time.

I submitted a ticket about the error in your form code on 17 June.
I received one completely irrelevant reply few days later, to which I replied.
    Silence.
Few days later I sent another reply and reminder – silence.
I even included a pre-sale question about one of your extensions – clearly you don’t care.

On your site you claim that you reply to paid tickets within 8 hours and to free tickets within 24 hours.

That’s a huge misleading misrepresentation of how you really support your users.

Today – 30 June – I got your reply from your zendesk support who clearly (1) did not read my previous emails (2) does not have any knowledge of the Ninja contact form, what it looks like and what elements it has – as his reply is nonsensical.

He also said that every reply bumps the ticket to the bottom of the queue instead of continuing the conversation to resolve the issue. (???)

I mean – why do even bother to offer this plugin if you couldn’t care less about the users, and employ people to answer the tickets who have no clue what they are talking about?

you didn’t bother to reply to this post here, either.

These days, if I don’t get quality support I simply walk away.
My patience has actually run out.

The delay is one thing, but the blazing incompetence of your “support” staff who are only wasting people’s time on telling them nonsense without reading the ticket closely and actually understanding the issue, and have no clue what they are talking about – is something else altogether.

It can’t get any worse than that.

Don’t bother replying with yet another nonsense to my ticket please.

I am uninstalling and deleting your plugin.
