Email and break in mail

Hello,
I am using your plugin on my website.
Firstly, we have mailgun as plugin sending emails.
However, newsletter emails are still sent from the administrator email. Why is that so ? Please help to change that.

Another query is that in the subscriptions email sent to the owner / admin, there is a <br> / break tag that appears in the email. and this is not user friendly.

Please advise on how to remove it.
