• In trying to change the theme of the main site of a multisite on WP 5.7 to Leverage theme v2.1.1 while in maintenance mode with plugin Acurax Coming Soon / Maintenance,

I installed Elementor v3.25 but in the Elementor plugin admin settings, I only have access to the FIRST TAB of every settings panel:
Under Elementor Settings, I can only access the General settings tab, not Styles or Advanced.
Same in the Tools window, so I cannot access Replace URL tab or Maintenance Mode.
I have no access to any option settings in Role Manager either!

Again, TO BE VERY CLEAR, since my previous 2 posts were flagged- this condition persisted even after deactivating Elementor and reactivating it solo (as in,

      WITHOUT Elementor Pro

activated along with it) [ Personal attack deleted, do not repeat that again ]

Now, all Elementor pages load fine and the Elementor sidebar editor works, too.

    So things I already tried:

-Updated Apache server specs (php7.4.19) to this:
    <IfModule php7_module>
    php_flag display_errors On
    php_value max_execution_time 120
    php_value max_input_time 60
    php_value max_input_vars 6000
    php_value memory_limit 128M
    php_value post_max_size 60M
    php_value session.gc_maxlifetime 1440
    php_value session.save_path “/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php72”
    php_value upload_max_filesize 50M
    php_flag zlib.output_compression On

-Swittch theme to twentysixteen, but no jQuery loaded,
switched to Twenty Twenty, with and without Leverage Extra theme function plugin active, but no result.

-Tried deactivating all non-essential plugins, but left all network activated multiste related plugins…
    no result.

-Changed permalink settings to plain (temporarily)
-also flushed permalinks in site health.

-Changed site language from Spanish to English

-Tried to revise settings on Really Simple SSL, but to no avail, since I cant access the URL option under Elementor, so I deactivated it on the entire site. Then reactivated it network wide.
    Still no change

-I flushed the browser cache in between almost every attempt above.
    Nada.

Only related PHP error I found was:
PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/modules/system-info/reporters/user.php on line 69
after I went to reload the Sys Info

I have no cache plugin active, no CDN, no custom JS code, nor membership plugin, apart from Buddypress (network activated).

So, anybody run into this before?

    What am I missing here?

    Thanks in advance!

    A bit more info here:

When I go to the Elementor (FREE) Tools window and click on a tab I cannot access like REPLACE URL, the Inspect Element>Console>JS gives me:

ReferenceError: originalEvent is not defined[Learn More] common.min.js:2:113221
ReferenceError: elementorAdmin is not defined[Learn More] beta-tester.min.js:2:24490
Use of Mutation Events is deprecated. Use MutationObserver instead. enable.js:93:3
