The UPS ground option is still showing Low Price

  • UPS Ground Option showing low rates as compared to actuall shipping rates.

    Shipping to California from Miami for a large refrigerator is only $125 for UPS ground, and the minumum is $300

    how to fix it?

    If you will still experience the problem, please send us the screenshots:
    – from UPS calculator with all the set data and showing rates (after log in to your UPS account – it’s important!),
    – the UPS method from our plugin,
    – the Checkout page with the rates
    and copy-paste the information from the Debug mode (https://wpdesk.me/mp/74vxsujbQD.png) – you need to first enable Debug mode in the UPS settings: https://wpdesk.me/mp/yTPjmfgGNy.png.

    Thank you for all of your screenshots.

    I replicated this issue and I think this is a problem with the API UPS or our API request. The best we can do is contact directly to UPS to investigate this issue and get advice.

    Please copy-paste all information from this topic and send it to them with the question about why the rates are so much different between their API and the official calculator. I will do the same.

    Update from UPS:
    UPS claims that the problem, in this case, could be with the negotiated rates – they are not added to the UPS calculator for your account because you don’t have chosen a default method of payment in the UPS settings: https://wwwapps.ups.com/ppc/ppc.html?loc=en_US#/payment

    For further problems, please contact directly to UPS, because this issue is probably not related to our plugin.
