Hopeless Support

THis app looks good – when it works. Unfortunately support is non existant. We had the app working for about a week and then after a few days it just stopped working. It has been a week since lodging a support request and, nothing, no action, no communication, nothing!

Look elswhere if you are serious about having an app that works. These guys ar hopeless.

THye talk about artificial intelligence driving their app. The only thing artificial is their support. Steer clear!!!
