Mail Subject Cannot Parse Apostrophe!!

I really hate to be spamming this thread like this….
But time after time, this plugin had failed me in producing the correct punctuation.
As per this topic: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/multiple-issues-38/
I have followed Nitesh’s instructions to replace:
“[“.get_bloginfo(‘name’).”]

with

“[‘”.get_bloginfo(‘name’).”‘]

However, I tried that on the subject line :
$bid_sub = “[‘”.get_bloginfo(‘name’).”‘] “.__(‘You recently placed a bid on the product’, ‘wdm-ultimate-auction’).” – “.$auc_name;

It still cannot handle apostrophes!! The issue is on email-template.php line 212.

Can someone help?
