language per user on frontend

Hi All,

I have a problem with localization of plugins. I need to make multilaguage site. But I use some plugins with shortcodes. They have dinamic content and they have locale .pot files. When I change main language of site the plugins are translated. But I need to have translated plugins based on users settings (get_user_locale()).
The translation based on user settings works in admin dashboard, the problem is on frontend part of site.
Is there any solution to change plugin localization on frontend based on user settings?
