Update: I already tried uninstalling Theme and still drop down menu on SELECT field not showing color background. I also have another site with same Theme and plugins and it does work fine there.

    Hi @pocitos10,

Can you share an URL of your pages that have forms with this issue so we can have a closer look?

It would mean a lot if you could explain a bit more how it should look like, or how it looked like before it broke.

Do you remember some changes you’ve done since the issue happened, updates, new plugins installed, new code added to site (CSS, JS, PHP) etc.

Did you use any custom CSS styling for your forms?

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Thanks @wpmudev-support1

Heres the form, you will see on the Select field theres no background once you click it. It used to have a color background for better look, currently is hard to see the options on the Select field. Once you click it you will understand what I mean.
No I haven’t added any new plugin or have CSS styling on forms.

    Hi @pocitos10,

Based on what I can see from the browser it seems that some Forminator CSS isn’t getting loaded there.
Could you provide us with an export of the form so we can check if it’s specific to form or something on your end?

You can go to Forminator > Forms and click on gear icon to get an export of your form.
Upload it to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Thanks @wpmudev-support1

I think it is definitely something on my end. If I load the form in a different site I own, it works fine. What can cause this?? I can upload it like you said if needed, thanks so much!

I already tried uninstalling all plugins and also theme. None of this would make it work. Could you please help? thanks!

    Hi @wpmudev-support1

I been told by a friend that “The problem is that some content is loaded with http. It should be loaded with https”

    This error message:
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.risktech.pro/auctions/mid-market/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘https://www.risktech.pro/auctions/wp-content/uploads/sites/7/forminator/css/style-12152.css?ver=1611773603’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

How can I solve this problem? thanks!

    Hi @pocitos10

    Thank you for the information

This is happening because the website does have a valid SSL but the links are called from HTTP, which make the Browser block the Style CSS request.

Please, confirm if your website is configured to HTTPS in WordPress Settings, you can use a plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/really-simple-ssl/ to fix any mixed content.

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards
