Payment gateway notification update conflict

Hi, currently we encounter a conflict with our payment gateway. Ithemes security block the payment gateway plugin and give them 403 errors. But when I disable “Banned Users” module the conflict will gone and the transaction will work well and update its status after successful checkout. I wonder if there is another way to fix it. Instead of disabling Banned users. Thank you
