    Hi,

    I’m having different issues when I create a new meeting.

    First, when I create it with my PRO Zoom account and I try to access using the WEB I get the error “Already has other meetings in progress” if I try to log in with my Zoom account to the meeting.

    Second is when I create that meeting and I try to log in with other random account I get the error “Meeting doesn’t exist”.

    Why this happens? I can see the meeting created in my Zoom account.

    Please, help. It’s really important because is for a Foundation.

    Please check your Timezone, also, could you please provide us with screenshots of the settings?

    Please be informed that this topic will be closed with this message. The problem you have reported doesn’t relate to the plugin itself but to Zoom functionality. You need to make sure, that there is no other meeting started by the account that you connected with the eRoom plugin. The plugin only integrated Zoom API into the WordPress website, all restrictions depend on the Zoom platform. If you have any further requests, please feel free to start a new topic.
