We just updated to the new version from 3.x and our Woocommerce Cart/Checkout pages are now being indexed. They’re both set to no index/no follow but there’s no robots tag.

There is a robots tag with no index for Woocommerce categories, so it doesn’t seem to be a conflict with Woocommerce. Other no-indexed pages are showing the tag.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@henrybaum the reason why we don’t noindex the Cart/Checkout page is because WooCommerce used to do this themselves (you can confirm this in WooCommerce 4.2 for instance). However, this is no longer the case in the latest version, although the hook they’ve always used to do this is still registered. I am assuming this is a bug on their end so I’ve reached out to them so we can discuss this. I’ll keep you posted.

@henrybaum we’ve decided to take back control of this so in the next update of AIOSEO, you’ll be able to fully control the robots meta tag value via All in One SEO for these WooCommerce pages.
