    Hello,

We need some more information about error.
    What page cause this error?
Do you have any other BeRocket plugins?
Did you modified some plugin files?

    Hi Oleg,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I am not sure if there is one specific page that is causing this error; the error was sent via the automated error messages of WordPress’ with a subject of ‘Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue’ and no url was provided.

The only BeRocket plugin installed on our site is the WooCommerce Advanced Product Labels one.?

We did not modify any plugin files whatsoever.?

    Kind regards,
    Konstantinos.

    Hello,

We checked plugin and cannot reproduce same issue on our test environment.
Without link of page where it is happened we cannot know what can cause it.
Can you reproduce it on your site or it was only once?
Maybe it was caused on plugin update, when files removed but new files not uploaded to site and it cause issue.

    Regards,
    Oleg

    Hi Oleg,

Thank you for getting in touch with additional information on your troubleshooting.

To be honest, this has not been the only plugin that has been giving me errors lately, especially errors of this type. Whenever one plugin generates such errors I am receiving an email on my inbox the next day. So far it has been more than 5 different plugins which have generated such errors, one of those was yours as well.

I have been looking to all directions as for the general cause of this issue, and it all narrows down to it being due to the installation exhausting the host server resources. I have contacted the hosting company and they have confirmed this might be due to the exhaustion of the resources, so the best advice for the time being is to upgrade the server. This is what I will do next, and I will let you know how it goes from there.

In case that does not solve my issue, and your plugin’s name is mentioned in one of the future error reports that I would receive, I will make sure to open a second ticket for further troubleshooting, making sure to mention this thread’s URL as well. How does that sound? Please let me know.

    Kind regards,
    Konstantinos.

    Hi Konstantinos,

Did it work for you? It was problem with server resources?

    Hi Dima,

Apparently it was, indeed. We started from there, and upgraded the hosting on Friday. Since then we have received no errors whatsoever! So for the time being I believe we could mark this as resolved. Should we receive any more errors with your plugin name in it, I will make sure to touch base as soon as possible.

Thank you again for your time and efforts in assisting us.

    Kind regards,
    Konstantinos.

I’ll mark this topic as Resolved but you can update it if it will repeat.
