How to remove the “Reviewed by _ customer(s)” part?

    Hi, I love your plugin but I am having some issues with the customization. I need the following things:

    1. I want to remove the string: Reviewed by _ customer(s). In fact, I remove the filter and I actually want to remove the entire top gray part above the actual reviews completely.

    2. I want to have some additional spacing within the graph of review criteria and the actual reviews.
