    Hi

I just installed your plugin and set up a new WPS login URL. When I attempt to log in using the new URL it redirects me to a 404 page, I can’t get to the admin view. My website is useless.

    Emergency!

  • Disable the plugin (either by renaming the folder or edit the database) and double check your WPS Login url.

Also check if the page already exists (it shouldn’t) whilst the plugin is disabled.

I see several comments about this very recently.
The same problem happened to me.
It seems the plugin has not been updated for months.
    See previous post about that.

Do you have a link to the previous post? Did you get the problem resolved?

This plugin should validate the URL to make sure there are no conflicts. Also, changing the login URL should be a WP core function.

    Try this: Refresh permalinks

    Hi,

I tried refreshing the permalinks and it did not fix the issue. I also tried a different new URL and that did not fix the the issue either. The plugin is currently unusable and has been deactivated.

    Please advise. Thanks.

Conflict with an another plugin maybe.

    Apache or Nginx ?

    Nginx, I believe.

The only other login related plugin is Colorlib Login Customizer.

    Thanks
